I've been using this for years. REally seems to help me keep asleep for the night. (not get to sleep..I use calms forte for that) Good product and too expensive in regular stores anymore! So this is a good way to get it!

Can’t sleep without it!
Nature’s Bounty soft gel melatonin is the only thing that works for me. I take it 30 minutes before bed and it helps me get to sleep and then stay asleep. I was taking an aspirin product with a sleep aide and that is no good for your liver so going to a natural product was a must and that it works is a home run. I’ve tried other brands and they just don’t work for me. I take 5 mg but on restless nights I kick it up to 10 mg with no worries. I’ve had no grogginess in the morning like with other sleep aide products.Nature’s Bounty soft gel melatonin is the only thing that works for me. This works much better than other cross counter sleep aids. I have tried various other products but always woke up feeling sluggish and tired. I usually take one tablet 1/2 hour before going to bed and always get a great nights sleep.
