It shipped in a relatively small pile wrapped in plastic.  All the parts were present.  (I even got 4 extra parts that confused me for a while. I did not use them ultimately. ) 
I set it up with some help from my wife.  It took 2-3 days after the ground was ready.
I am very satisfied.  Never set one up before but after a few bumps it went smoothly.
Had some minor issue with the included anchors.  Fixed that by grinding the end of the driving rod smaller.

For the most part I am very happy with this carport. It looks great and the only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is the instructions are not so good. I bought the canvas surround to go on it and I think that is going to make it look very nice also, but haven't installed that yet.

Not as claimed, dimensions off, paint almost all coming off. undamaged when delivered but as we opened the boxes that had NO damage from the shipper or tears or dents we got to see lots of paint loss onto the carboard, loose parts that are bent, and Would not recommend. Looks like it was road hard and put up wet BEFORE it was shipped. Now its going to take hours or repair just to hopefully install it.

Quality is so poor I would not recommend it

The parts are very sturdy but we found that the bars in the middle were not bent evenly on the extension kit compared to the standard 12 x 20 kit.  We ended up with a part sticking out farther then the rest.  The 12 x 20 kit would probably be ok but we added the extension kit to make it 24' and thats where the issue happened.

Be careful when buying the extension kit!!

Bought this not quite three years ago. Took a day to set up with two guys. Fair amount of work to put together, but overall not complicated to do so. Was very happy with it for two winters, however it didn't last the third. To be fair we live in Northern MN, and got a lot of snow this year. But it collapsed on top of my boat. Surprised, as it seemed strong, but obviously not indestructible.

I returned this carport because it was short most of the framework and could not be assembled.  You said to return it and I did.  Where is my credit?  My Visa bill shows the charge but no credit.
