Easy to use and clean frying pans that should last a long time
Nice non-stick fry pans that clear up easily and cook evenly. They were not coated with Teflon (r) but a hard anodized finish. Initial prep was (following the directions) to clean pan(s) and put a thin coating of cooking oil on and rub into the surface with a paper towel to avoid leaving a thick film. The pans remain looking new after several weeks use. I clean them with mild dish soap and warm water after the pan has cooled. I have not recoated the original thin coating of cooking oil. I expect to wait six months or a year before refreshing the cooking oil on the surface. These pans are supposed to be oven safe up to 500 degrees F but I have not tried using them in an oven yet. We love our all- clad frying pan set. It is a perfect addition to our older set. We find we use the 8 inch pan almost every day.Love the deeper sides of the newer fry pans. Thanks for such a great product at a reasonable price!

Handle stays cool on the end, sits flat on glass tip stove, hasn't warped yet, takes a minute to warm up but the trade off is consistent heat from center to edge, love it so far
