For a refurbished  ipad i was very disappointed. Screen was very scratched and did not have a power cord or anything

I bought a ipad minni theres a passcode when I on it then when I pailed the back of the ipad becuase i thought its. just a sticker but i see the ipad belongs to a school.. theres a name of the school at the back of the ipad..

Its just a older version cant download apps

Item purchased for Xmas.   Arrived on schedule.  Product was locked and not usable.  iPad belonged and managed by an independent school district which I was unable to restore.  Skip the headache and buy new or refurbished from apple.   Returned item immediately.

I won't update to the latest iOS and none of the downloading app are compatible with the iPad I just purchased for my son birthday and he's upset because he can't use it like he wants to waste of money and time

I disliked that they sent me SCHOOL IPADS!!! That are locked by the school in TEXAS! I have no way to set them up for my kids for Christmas.
