You’ve probably seen a few of these smart paper or smart pen things over the years — write in this special notebook and it gets saved to an app, that sort of thing. A new entrant to this niche space is the Everlast notebook, which obviates the necessity of restocking proprietary paper in that its pages can be wiped clean with a damp towel. The Rocketbook Wave and Everlast Smart Notebooks feel just like regular pen and paper, but are endlessly reusable and fully integrated into the technology era. Using the Frixion line of pens (one of which is included), you can take notes, upload them directly to the cloud, to Evernote, to your email, and more with the Rocketbook app. The Rocketbook Wave notebook is microwavable. When you’ve filled it up, just pop it in the microwave with a glass of water and it will magically erase the ink. The Everlast features pages made from a polyester composite that’s easy to erase with just a drop of water. Just wipe off the ink when it’s full.
