i have been using the sinugator to help with breathing problems from smoking and i am sure it has saved my life i can't imagine how i would be without it

I love the power that forces the rinse up the nostrils! Much more effective than the old manual bottles that I've used in the past!

Works great!

I had one of these before and it finally quit after 9 or 10 years.  I love it for cleaning out my sinuses.  The saline helps stop or eliminate the irritant causing the infection.

Mucous Blaster with No Drugs or their side effects

It stopped working after a couple days. Removed the tube. Started it with nothing attached. That cleared any  debris %26 has working fine since.

Much better than the plastic bottles.

Worked great, the first time. Water from the appliance had leaked into the battery compartment.  It has been returned, hopefully the second one will have a better latch.

I have used Sinugators on and off since they started being marketed. They wear out and have to be replaced which is understandable. I have always been pleased with my previous purchases but the item received this time was not comparable to Sinugators that I have owned in the past. The flow is not nearly as strong as it was in previous models even when used on the “high” setting. The water tank feels flimsy compared to previous models. It feels as if the quality has drastically declined for the same name brand.

Decline in quality

Just like the one I bought in 2014, the part the goes in my nostril does not completely block the nostril so the water runs back out of the same nostril and so does not run out the opposite nostril.

Does Not Function the Way I Expected

attention all shoppers please do not purchase this item here. the water pressure that it uses to shoot into your nostril to clear out the drainage from your sinus cavity is not enough pressure in it to for it to clear out your nose. the water stays inside the nostril your spraying it into. the water doesn't shoot out the other nostril like it should which sucks because i had high hopes for this machine. it comes so nicely packaged with everything you need including battiers. so it sucks to have to return this item.
