Perhaps I missed it, and I apologize if I did, but I think there should be a definition of what vertical grade means. I took a chance knowing it was cheaper that it would work for my application, and I think it probably will, but it would have been good to understand before I decided on the vertical grade over the more expensive countertop grade option. Thickness differences, pliability differences, susceptibility to tearing because of how thin it is, etc. These should be written into the product description. Also, the product description area is a little light in general as are the pictures, in comparison to common and well known other online stores. The few pictures offered on the website were a little misleading; it was a little more brown than I was expecting. Not a big deal, but more pictures, perhaps actual photographs of the product in good lighting would help consumers feel confident in their choices. Every little bit you can do to reduce that decision-friction in the minds of potential customers will really help your sales.

I bought this Formica to repair/replace my table in my camper. The first shipment was damaged and unusable. Cabinet Parts only required a couple of pictures showing the damaged box and Formica. They quickly shipped out a replacement sheet and I received it within days (damage-free).Excellent customer service!I have yet to install it, but the hard part is over.

I like dealing with Cabinet Parts and have been pretty satisfied with their product and service. I receive my orders in a timely manner which means I can complete the project I'm working on. What's nice is I can start a project and decide what color of laminate I want to use and by the time I get to that part, my order has arrived.
