I also love this it alerts you when it's time to do the cleaning cycle on the machine. Clothes are super clean and the spin cycle is the best as your clothes come out w no moisture hardly at all.

Love this washer!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using top loaders for 42 years, and moving into a home with a front loader 11 years ago, I went back to a top loader and love it. It may be all in my head, but my towels seem softer and clothes seem cleaner. This top loader is unlike the ones I had earlier—it uses only as much water as it needs, rather than always filling to a preset level. It gently moves the load before starting to wash  to sense the size and I think to ensure the load is balanced. I haven't had it long, (2 months) but so far I love it. Best of all—no more mold. Despite always drying off the seal and leaving the door open, I always had mold in my front loader.

Love my return to a top loader

It has some cool features and does wash well. I didn't realize at first, you have to turn the softener feature on, or it leaves the softener in the tray.

Great Washer, But Not Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we are happy with the washer. I bought this washer to replace an HE washer that had visibly stopped washing clothes beyond getting them wet. My clothes now smell and feel clean. I appreciate the customizability - I like being able to choose the soil level as well as the ability to presoak. However, the reason for four stars instead of five is that I found that the Regular cycle does not do as well of a job as the Colors cycle. I discovered this when watching a review of the washer and found this to be accurate. I also find myself frequently using the Heavy Duty cycle as well.

A great improvement with some minor adjustments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received washer 9/8/23 and so far I love it. Simple to use many pre-programmed features…just push the buttons and it does the rest. I like being able to see through the lid however only thing is if warm or hot water used it fogs the lid with condensation so you then can't see the washing in action. I like to see that I have enough detergent for the load. Other thing is the detergent drawer only holds one cap full of liquid detergent, larger loads need more so you have to interrupt cycle to add more into the wash bin. This washer you add the clothes and detergent prior to filling the tub. Has a very nice look and I love the size of the tub. I would recommend this product.

Whirlpool Washer with many settings

I have been reluctantly using this washer since May 23rd. The overall noise this machine makes is beyond excessive but could be overlooked if it did a great job cleaning the laundry. Although I only use a very small amount of HE detergent, I frequently receive error message F0E2 - Suds reduction routine unsuccessful. Use Only HE Detergent. Between the absolutely unreasonable noise the machine makes, its inability to really Clean our laundry and the unnecessary error messages I am convinced this machine must be defective or simply a very poor quality item.
