    Definitely worth trying! Good value!

    Works great on low steam on my sheet vinyl floors. It got up street tar that we tracked in on our shoes. Excellent on my vinyl click-to-lock planking on high steam. Not very heavy, easy to maneuver, decent size tank cleans 1 full size room & hallway. Dries fairly quickly.

    Missed the mark...

    Dear Cathy Bissell...someone in your R&D missed it on this one. Does not heat up "in 30 seconds" and after 3-4-5 minutes the pad is "warm"...and that's a gracious description. The Good News is eBay return is painless and easy. THANKS, eBay for evolving into a major outlet for folks like Cathy Bissell and protecting us. (Thank, Cathy...far caring for Pets...special place in Heaven for ya.) Your product development folks...might check out "compttitive" stem stick cleaners...

    Easy lightweight for the elderly.

    This is my third Bissell steam cleaner, this is the easiest to use and handle. I am an 80 year old widow, living alone with tile and laminate floors throughout my home. I am able to easily use this machine knowing that my steam cleaned floors are safe and clean. I was just surprised that the pads are larger and I cannot use my old pads.

    Great for tile!!!

    I bought this for my in-laws who have a shiny, dark green tile in their kitchen. No matter what I used the floor, it always streaked horribly. But not with this lightweight, powerful Bissell Steamer! Beautiful every time and takes a minimal of effort unlike a bucket and mop!

    This steam mop is easy to use. It effortlessly cleans and sanitizes our tile floors with steam. Additionally, you don’t have to be concerned about excess water finding it’s way under your baseboards. A great improvement over a standard mop and bucket. I couldn’t recommend more highly.
