My second gen E-330 replacement
This E-330 replaced my old 11 year old 330.
First off, I am so glad Weber moved the control knobs to the front of the grille. It is nice to have that clean flat space to set the plate of meat.
The plastic end caps for the stainless shelves are a nice thought, but they don't work for me. The hooks are hard to "spot" when grilling (day or nightime). I would prefer two stainless knobs on the front of right shelf to hang my tongs. (similar to the new Weber griddle). I started to use the hooks on the end of my aux burner shelf to store my grille brush, but twice now the grill cover "catches" the brush when I lift the cover and it ends up falling down in the flower bed. (The brush now resides in the tank compartment.)
The last feature I like is the searing burner when I cook steaks. Nice touch! I made out for years with just the 2 burners and it worked, but the 3 burners heat up faster and sear quickly!
In closing, I've had the E330 for a month now and really like it. It's the perfect size for 2-6 people. (We also have a small deck and it has a smaller footprint.)

Grill is great but Griddle needs a grate
Love the grill. The only problem I have is with the 7672 Crafted Griddle which I purchased with the grill. The Griddle works ok but while using there is a hole to the left and it bothers me. You should have a small grate to fill that hole.

First Weber Gas Grill
Bought my first kettle almost 15 years ago. Now have a Smokey Joe, Original Kettle and Master Touch in Deep Ocean blue with accessories.
This is my first gas grill from Weber, it checked off all the boxes; 3-burner, sear-station, warming rack of good size, side element, and side shelf. I seriously love it. Looks great and performs well, reaches high heat quickly with nice even cooking. Quality build with easy-to-maintain parts.
Just wish Weber sold a better-quality cover. Mine was already falling apart when I took it out of the bag.
Also too bad these were discontinued in Canada.

Great Grill
The grill kit arrived and I put it together very easily; the directions were clear and easy to follow. I installed my propane tank on its hook and was pleased to see the gas scale told me I had enough gas for one more grilling adventure. We chose this model for the side burner; we put on a deep pot with some fryer oil and cooked off a batch of buffalo wings as appetizers while I worked on the chicken and vegetable skewers. This grill does run hotter than my last cheap grill, so I needed to shorten my cook time a bit. Got a great sear on the chicken and perfect caramelization on the onions and peppers. We are extremely happy with this grill and use it much more frequently than the cheap predecessor.

Learn the hard way
Back in the late 80s I bought my first Webber with a red fire box cover. That lasted some 28 years. Bought an off brand it lasted 6. Just got the new Spirit E-330 and it's all I need. Sure looks like it will be a hand-me-down to my son. You get what you pay for is the bottom line

Great Quality Like the DuncaneWeber it Replaced
This grill replaced a Duncane (Weber Company) grill that I had for over 10 years. The features that this one has that the other didn’t include a LP tank weighing system, hooks for 6 instead of 3 utensils, as well as a searing burner. The only criticism, which is minor is there are no wording on instructions. I mistakenly put the two locking casters on one instead of the front. Realizing after assembly it was a mistake that was a pain to correct. Since it is on a flat surface of pavers it was no big deal. Only have used once but found it to perform just as great as the old one. Highly recommended.

Can you attach the grill to a gas line?
Yes, but you must make sure you buy a natural gas model. You cannot use a propane model on a gas line. I have owned both. While less convenient, propane grills do provide a bit more heat for cooking.
