Near Immediate failure

This watch looks great, but it stops working at some point every day. We've replaced the battery twice, but it continues to stop working. I've requested a refund three times and still haven't received my money back from InfoSales (seller) or Walmart.

Disappointed this doesn't work

The name Timex is supposed to mean something great, right?  It arrived fine.  My husband liked it.  Then it just stopped working in a week.
