I like the iPad except when I try to download stuff it tells me I need iOS 11 but won't update.

I am very pleased with the Apple IPAD, but not pleaseed with service given by Apple. Any contact results in tech being in India and very hard to understand. Plus they will not start to help with out first getting you to buy "Service". At time of purchase, I bought 3 year warrenty, but this covers no service accordiing to Apple. I wish I had not spent the extra money with Sam's. After all this the phone will not ring on Facetime and it isn't worth $99 to get it to ring.

I am very happy with this product. I think I should have waited until I could afford to buy one with more storage room, but that can come later. All in all I am extremely satisfied with both the product and Sam's service.

I love it

Very disappointed as the i-Pad worked but it wouldn't connect with the WiFi unless you stood within a few feet of the modem!  Would not buy again or recommend!

Disappointed...

Nice device but it is too old. It doesn't support many new  streaming apps such as spectrum, Hulu, peacock and more. I am returning ASAP

the iPad product is great, but their support is terrible. 3- days after Christmas the screen cracked and Apple wants $300 to repair. Apple support refuses to repair under their warranty as their say it was our fault. Supposedly, we dropped something on it, which we didn't. We have 4-Iphones and a MAC. Probably the last Apple product I'll ever buy. Beware******

Battery does not hold charge. Charges til full and dies within hour

it is useless,  nothing can be down loaded on it. My daughter cant even play games on it. she was very disappointed.
