does this chair come with the 2 and 3/8 plastic bushing ready to install on the pedestal?

The seat is comfortable, however I have a hard time keeping the arm rest is place.

Good looking seat

It's very small, not suitable for anyone over 150 lbs I would guess; I weigh 250 and could "squish" myself in it but it was extremely uncomfortable and tight, and the side cushions had to come off to fit in it at all.  It's lightweight with little sense of durability as well, and the snaps unsnap with much too little effort.  The vinyl wrapper on the pads is very thin and plasticy, and the padding is very mimimalist, about 1 inch thick.  If you're on a tight budget and have a waist size of 32-34, weigh less than 165, it would just fit you, but you would be left with an "el cheapo" quality seat, that's for sure.  I had to return it forthwith.
