I can't imagine mowing a whole yard with this little mower. It works great to trim where the lawn tractor can't get. I hate string trimmers. To keep the weight down I leave the bagger off and let it mulch. It handles long grass with ease. The only downside is the horrible switch to turn it on. It is overly sensitive and turns itself off while mowing. Really bad design. I have a rather large yard and the battery easily handles all the trimming around the shrubs and fences. The cutting height can be set to the same as the tractor so it all looks perfectly even. Overall a nice little mower.
