Construction Details:

• Commercial grade construction, rubber manufactured to meet the performance and dimensional requirements of ASTM F-1861, Type TV and TP, Group 1 (solid), Style A and B, Standard Specification for Resilient Wall Base.
• 1/8' (3.2mm) thickness
• Hardness:ASTMD2240 Rubber-85ShoreA
• When tested to the methods, as described, in ASTM F-1861, Johnsonite's rubber wall base meets or exceeds the performance requirements for resistance to heat/light aging, chemicals, and dimensional stability
• Very flexible, it won't crack, break, or show any signs of fatigue when bent around a 1/4' (6.4 mm) diameter cylinder.
• Chemical resistance (ASTM F 925): Passes - 5% acetic acid, 70% isopropyl alcohol, mineral oil, 5% sodium hydroxide solution, 5% hydrochloric acid solution, 5% sulfuric acid solution, 5% household ammonia solution, and 5.25% household bleach solution
• Resistance to light (ASTM F 1515): Delta E< 8
• Fire Resistance: ASTM E 84/NFPA 255 (Flame/Smoke) ' Class A, < 450 ASTM E 648 (NFPA 253): Critical Radiant Flux - Class I
