It shipped in a relatively small pile wrapped in plastic.  All the parts were present.  (I even got 4 extra parts that confused me for a while. I did not use them ultimately. ) 
I set it up with some help from my wife.  It took 2-3 days after the ground was ready.
I am very satisfied.  Never set one up before but after a few bumps it went smoothly.
Had some minor issue with the included anchors.  Fixed that by grinding the end of the driving rod smaller.

For the most part I am very happy with this carport. It looks great and the only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is the instructions are not so good. I bought the canvas surround to go on it and I think that is going to make it look very nice also, but haven't installed that yet.

10x15 carport

I've already rated this, but want to add some photos.  Carport is great.  Price is good.  Engineering is good. Wasn't difficult to put up.  I store tractors, wood chipper, etc. in it. Only complaint is shipping. Poor packaging and the motor freight gorillas banged it up. See photos.  We straightened all the panels before installing. At least the shipper put it on a second pallet because the first one was falling apart.

Check for damage when it arrives.

instruction was not in box now what? how can I assemble?

Bought this not quite three years ago. Took a day to set up with two guys. Fair amount of work to put together, but overall not complicated to do so. Was very happy with it for two winters, however it didn't last the third. To be fair we live in Northern MN, and got a lot of snow this year. But it collapsed on top of my boat. Surprised, as it seemed strong, but obviously not indestructible.
