So, I'm not a person who works out but instead I'm a T1D and for those that know what that is then you'll understand. Low Testosterone levels and other issues when it comes to making the wife happy. You can maintain your muscle mass with only a couple light workouts a week. I'm almost 57, and I've had 16 major surgeries. Including 13 neck n spinal fusions. Wrists reconstructed, knee , elbow and shoulder surgery as well. But with this product, and muscle memory, I still have a great physic with lifting just 20 lb dumbells a couple times a week and some push ups.
