Ordered on  Wednesday and received on Friday - that's from NY to CA!  The vitamin has a mild cherry flavor and is pleasant to take.

Outstanding delievery time!

After 2 months of taking it under the tongue, my B12 levels (chronically low) are up 100 points! Still a ways to go, but it does take time. I love the flavor and under-the-tongue method. Methylcobalamin is more bioavailable than the other kind of B12, so supposedly is better for you and absorbs faster. I alternate this B12 with Spring Valley cyanobalamin B12. every other day and like the results.

It works!

Natures Bounty Vitamin B12  is good I assume.  Although it took weeks to arrive in my online order to Walmart.  Disapointed in Walmart online order.  I ordered 6 items that were shipped separately and took weeks to arrive.  The products are fine but the shipping was off.

Found on the Walmart site the proper methylated b-12 recommended by my wife's doctor.  And the price was several dollars less per bottle than the local pharmacy.

Found the B-12 I needed

I take B-12 due to prescription Metformin removing B-12 out of the body. I have been taking B-12 for a long time, but didn't realize that there were 2 main types of B-12. I recently saw an article about the 2 types and found out that I was taking the  cyanocobalamin B-12 which actually has cyanide in it!!!. The Methylcobalamin is the best type of B-12 for replacement in the body

B-12 Methycobalamin does not contain Cyanide !

Methyl- is More easily absorbed than the cyano- – version. These are tasty, and easily dissolved under the tongue. No pills!

Fine formulation, easy to take.

My doctor recommended taking B-12 when I told her I have low and planning for baby she said you need to take this and I am vegiterian so I don't get the vitamin b-12 that I need so I start taking this it's perfect small pills it doesn't bother much when I was taking this. Great source of vitamin B-12 you can get from this.
