Very dissatisfied with the Troy Bilt product that I've purchased through Walmart's online site! I purchased a Troy Bilt EC 2 Cycle Gas Power Walk Behind 9 inch Garden Cultivator Tiller, followed all assembly and operation instructions to the letter in accordance with the instruction manual, yet this tiller failed to perform properly right out of the box.
Reported the defects to the merchant only to learn that I am not permitted to return this merchandise and receive a replacement, but rather, informed by the merchant that I am responsible for the product's repair, i.e., I am to sacrifice my time, my gas, and loss of work in order to have this defective product repaired, or to return same without offer of replacement.
As a result of the product failure, I was unable to complete the job and the jobs thereafter that it was purchased for.
Further disappointment stems from the fact that I purchased this item through Walmart online; that Walmart allows merchants to sell defective products through its website and has nothing in place to provide to its Customers a return or replacement process; thus, my reliance on Walmart, and the merchandise purchased through its website, was deceived.
I cannot speak on behalf of others who have purchased Troy Bilt products via Walmart's website or other means, but as for me, I will not ever purchase another Troy Bilt product and/or similar products through Walmart online or in-store ever again.

dont buy they dont stand behind thier products when they dont work after 15 minutes .  they just just send you to another department to handle it and they refuse to help you at all .so you lose your money for the tiller.

Motor was too small too. Lightweight tried to return it. Walmart wouldn't take it back. Very terrible experience.

Walmart marketplace sucks

Brand new I started it and it run for about half an hour on my garden. Then it stopped running. And I was never able to get it back to work again. Contacted Walmart support on-line, and they told me I had to contact the seller or vendor. And then the seller told me I had to contact Troy-Bilt product support. So then I called them and they never answered they're phone.

Not a good product.
