I wanted a small version of the best machine at the fitness center. This one is has every feature I wanted except a fan and it's easy to find a fan  that clips on. I tried the presets and then easily set up my own program. 
I have a short stride and walk rather than run. The length of the deck could be a problem for others but it's plenty long for my needs.

All the features you need

After reading reviews and looking at different treadmills, I chose the Sunny Health T7515. My fiancee and I were set it up within 30 mins.  I have used it for a whole week so far with no complaints. I tend to walk and power walk the most, and eventually I did try running too. I feel stable on this treadmill. I am 5'10", about 185lbs. athletic build. I haven't really tried out the bluetooth, just the very first day we got it going, and it worked great. The incline is another great feature I was wanting on a treadmill too, and I have taken it up as high as 5 incline, nothing more yet. Also, as speed goes, I haven't gone more than 5.0, but plan to start running on it soon.. baby steps :) 
I did purchase the extended warranty as a extra plan, only because this was my first treadmill purchase ever and wanted to make sure if there was any issues or damage in shipping, I'd be covered. 
Overall, I think it's a great treadmill.
