I take this first thing in the morning after I brush my teeth. I have used it for a little over 2 months and the study discussed results after a 3 month trial so I should know more in a month. However, my mouth feels better and my gum pockets have been reduced according to my dental check-up 2 weeks ago.

Healthy bacteria

I always have a lot of plaque on my teeth ... so much that I need to see the dentist 3x / year rather than the standard 2x. In recent months I started using FLORASSIST Oral Hygiene in addition to an electric flosser. The time for the hygienist to clean my teeth has dropped from about 55 minutes to 30 and she has commented several times on the improvement.

Excellent product

Health begins in the Mouth~

My mouth feels wonderfully clean, especially my gums. I love this product. It comes recommended from my dentist as well. My dental check ups have been terrific. The hygienist always says I have the cleanest mouth of the day. That is partly due to this product adding the good bacteria to keep it so. Sounds weird bacteria in our mouths mouths, but that's in part how we survive.

Great product

If taken at night you wake up and your mouth feels like you just brushed your teeth. I do recommend that you brush your teeth before going to bed and then let the lozenge dissolve in your mouth as you go to sleep. If you go to sleep fast then crush the lozenge between your teeth so that you don't have a big lump that you might swallow in the middle of the night.

GREAT PRODUCT

this along with BLIS K12 is a daily staple for me. Good for gum health. One a day is what I take.

For proper oral health

The product is easy-to-take; slight fruity taste as it dissolves. I take one in the morning after regular dental brushing and before regular exercise, so it seems like nothing is really going on. But like the headline says, the proof is comments from our hygienist after cleanings: I love to hear phrases like "excellent self-care", "very little plaque", and "keep doing whatever you're doing".

The Proof is in the Check-ups

Over the course of 2019, i tried 4 different FlorAssist probiotic products for several months, one at a time. My hope with FlorAssist Oral Hygiene was that it would help with my gums and general oral health. Two different dentists noticed no change, though to be fair i wasn't bringing my use of this supplement to their attention. I also found the product too sweet. With each of our individual microbiomes being unique, even though this probiotic product did not seem to work for me, it might work well for you.
