Honestly, if you have any paint in the house, you should have this on hand. During quarantine, I had the brilliant idea of painting my guest room, including a geometric wall. The thing about a geometric wall is that you use a lot of colors, which translates to a lot of brushes. Enter Klean Strip Painter's Solvent. Thankfully, I had this around and didn't ruin 100 brushes and clean up went much more quickly!

You need this!

This solvent did the job cleaning various paints from brushes, and paint droplets from the kitchen floor from old spills. It is formulated to meet low VOC limits. Replaces turpentine.

Eco friendly painter's solvent

I like that it has multiple uses. It does a good job cleaning different kinds of paint, pvc, oil, and grease. It's a little hotter than regular paint thinner but does a great job. Not really low VOC though.

Multi Purpose

It's been great for cleaning artistic paint brushes AND regular paint brushes after use, over the last 3 months. I imagine it will also take care of splatters and drips of indoor/outdoor paints quickly as well. Does not have the pine / turpentine smell of some other products I've used. It does have a 'down to business' smell though - but also gets the job done quickly on wet brushes (took longer {over night} on neglected / dried brushes I tested it on). The 1 quart can should last me a looong time.

The makers 'gifted' me this product, in return of an honest evaluation. For oil based brushes it worked quick, on old whipped out acrylic and latex brushes it did it's magic over night. I give it TWO THUMBS UP.

Klean Strip Painters Solvent 1qt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a fixer upper and do a lot of projects in our home. I also love yo craft and make things, redo furniture. Bring able to clean up quickly us always  must. This solvent does just that. I have asthma, and it doesn't bother me. I really have no complaints. It dies what it's supposed to, and does it well. I did receive this to review but all opinions are honest and my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This painter's solvent is honestly an absolute must when you are painting anything. This has made clean up such a breeze. I used to spend hours cleaning my paint brushes and rollers after I would get done painting and now its a matter of minutes and they come out looking brand new. I love that this solvent replaces mek, xylene, turpentine and many others. I also like that it is fast drying and has a fast evaporation rate. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who paints and is looking for a product that works really well to clean their brushes as you will not be disappointed by this.

Excellent Cleaner

Not only does it do a great job with cleaning, but it leaves brushes soft as well. I am really happy with how well this solvent works, and definitely recommend it!

Works Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Klean Strip products for years and have been very satisfied with every product. Klean Strip Painter's Solvent is for cleaning painting tools and equipment (not to be used to clean or flush spray equipment). My least favorite part of Klean Strip products is the safety tab lid, as I sometimes make a splash opening with a screwdriver, despite being careful. As with any chemical, be proactive with handling and storage: read the instructions and cautions on the can, wear safety equipment while handling, and store the product properly. Since this is a very flammable product, you do not want to use this over an area of one square foot. I am using this solvent to clean brushes, mainly my old dried up brushes that my mineral spirits can't completely clean. I had to leave the brushes in the glass container for a few days sitting outside my workshop and all but one is looking really good. I keep topping off the solvent and stirring it around a couple times a day. I am impressed with this product so far. I haven't tried this on a brush from a recent paint job, but I imagine it will make clean-up fairly easy given how it handled my dried brushes.

Used this to clean my artist brushes. 
Worked rather quickly but they were small and lightly soiled with paint. 
I had been painting today waiting for this painters solvent to come and it worked for me in about 10 minutes. 
No complaints other than the smell as with all chemicals.
