I had a Kindle Fire HD before this and it was slow and froze up a lot. The screen was average. The Air2 has a great screen and is extremely fast. It also takes really good pictures. Make sure to get a good protector for it as I dropped my first one and I didn't have a case for it. It is expensive to repair, but I still would pay the difference if I never had to go back to the Kindle.

So far I've only had it for a few days but it is so much faster than my older iPad which is a second-generation the graphics are phenomenal on my games the chip is fast I can't believe the difference it makes and it is so much lighter than my GEN two.
