Great Bike
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I’m enjoying my new stationary bike. Assembly definitely takes at least two people and a couple of hours. I really like the iFit app. It has a lot of different courses at different levels. The only cons is that the seat is really uncomfortable and my hands hurt from the handle bars. I just ordered a gel cushion seat cover and cycling gloves from Amazon. I had one injury stepping off the bike. Be careful when you step off! I didn’t move my leg and the pedal spun around and scrapped the top of my foot really bad. So painful because the pedal is medal and not smooth so it’s scrapped kind of deep. I was wearing sneakers but included a pic from the next day after hurting myself. User error for sure but I was exhausted and not thinking. Other than that, I’m glad with my purchase. Almost forgot, the weights are included with this model.

We are thrilled to see such a positive review and hope you are still enjoying your bike to the fullest. In addition, we hope the gel bike seat cover and gloves were helpful to make your experience more comfortable.
We are so sorry the pedal scraped your leg and hope it wasn't too painful. However, the bike pedals are very heavy-duty and grip your shoe nicely but can scrape exposed skin.
If we can do anything to help you in the future, please reach out to us at ce@ProForm.com.

Okay bike with horrible technical issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice bike and fits well in my basement. The only 2 downfalls of this bike is that the seat is VERY uncomfortable and the display does not work properly. The display will come on and also show a background for sleep/standby mode, but will not display anything else (just a blank white screen).

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not even worth a paper weight .This is the worst purchase ever . Resistance does not work and the standard is below par . Specially the tablet. Its horrible and the worst .have to reset everyday . Just annoying. I strongly recommend please do not buy proform products.

The perfect gift for any cycling enthusiast
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this stationary bike as a Christmas gift for my fiancé , who loves cycling but can't always go outside due to the weather. She was thrilled when she saw it and couldn't wait to try it out. She says it's very comfortable, sturdy, and easy to use. She likes the different resistance levels and the LCD monitor that tracks her speed, distance, time, and calories. He also enjoys listening to the trainers on the I fit app or watching the view from the many locations gather in one place for her to chose while she pedals away. She says it's a great way to stay fit and have fun at the same time. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stationary bike. It was easy to assemble, it doesn't take up much space, and it's very quiet. It's a great value for the money and a wonderful gift for any cycling enthusiast.

So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got this bike and have been on it every day. The bike seat is uncomfortable and very hard. After the first ride, as expected, it was shockingly painful to sit on the bike again last year. I've ordered a padded seat cushion to put overtop of the original seat to see if that helps; if not, I'll order a replacement seat. The pedals are the 'cages' which are fine, but I also might change those to the clip-in kind as seen on Peloton and other bikes. I did get a year of iFit and I did have to provide a card for auto-renewal. My husband uses this more than I do as I have access to the Peloton app and prefer that to the iFit app. I use the manual ride when I use the other app; down side is it doesn't measure my cadence so I might be buying an external device to track my cadence with my preferred app. My screen doesn't fit on the mount, that's my biggest issue at the moment, so it's just resting on the handle bars. I've contacted ProForm and they are engaging with me slowly. To my husband, it looks like whoever welded the screen mount together flipped the part so it doesn't connect. The pre-drilled holes don't line up. Once this is resolved, the bike will be set up as it should be. I've really enjoyed it for the short time I've had it. It's a little pricy if you're looking to try a stationary spin bike for the first time. So things to think about: Price Seat comfort (as it's very uncomfortable) Possibly clip-in pedals if you don't like the cage External device to measure cadence if you're not using iFit

Bike around the world
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this bike, bought it back in April. It was easy to put together and set up. It tracks your miles and times. I even downloaded the iFIT app and biked around the world. Only thing is with this bike and i assume other stationary bikes, the seat cushion needs an upgrade.

Great Value and Expected Quality.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't write reviews, but thought I would on this since I took a gamble on even though many reviews weren't that great. So I thought I would share some feedback as I have been impressed so far. First of all, the Best Buy process was seamless with pickup at a nearby warehouse, that was a first. As to the bike, it's excellent for the price. My expectations were set for a connected bike between $900-1000, not a $2500 bike. As such, I did not expect the Ferrari when I was only willing to buy the Honda. My expectations were exceed. It wasn't difficult to put together and the quality of build was better than expected. My only hesitation was the 10 in screen, as all the higher end bikes are at 20 in plus and I thought that would disappoint. It didn't and I actually wonder if the larger screen would be too much sitting so close on the bike. The 10 in screen works well and is good quality. Several other points in older reviews seemed to have been improved, electrical connectors lock together, the handlebars have grip on them and the seat is a normal bike seat. If you haven't been riding, any seat is an adjustment. The first workout was excellent and the rest of the family has used it as well. iFit seems great so far and I am excited to continue working out on this. If my assessment changes over the next month of use, I will update, but so far this is better than I expected for the price. To be cleat, it doesn't have bluetooth for audio, but I am testing transmitters. It was worth the gamble given the reviews, it was available immediately and its meets what I wanted for the price I was willing to spend.

Q: QuestionIs this bike the same as the Proform Studio Bike Pro sold directly by Proform? Is the SMART POWER technically mostly the same bike as the Studio Pro?
Asked by David.
- A:Answer I compared the two and they are the same. I was prepared to buy from Proform via the 3-year iFit membership and decided Best Buy’s price was better plus iFit came free for one year. Hope this helps

Q: QuestionHow much does the bike weigh? Can I strap it to the top of my car like a kayak? How difficult is it to put together
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hi, the bike comes in a box that measures 32.63" H X 15.03" W X 43.65" L and the box weighs 140.50 pounds. You should be able to secure the box or say a kayak as long as you have a means to tie it down securely. User discretion advised.
