Easy to Use

Thanks to their petite, round shape, these white coating wafers are easier to melt than baking bars and save the hassle of tempering. To ensure a hard, glossy coating on your dipped or coated items, melt the wafers over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until the product is smooth and melted. The ideal working temperature is 100 - 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the final product is made, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
