Why is the 4" Mini Chainsaw battery charger output only 21vdc when the batteries are 26vdc?

can cut even big logs (just circle the cut around it), pretty strong. Make sure to adjust the chain tension correctly and charge the battery.

Fun tool. Used once x 40 minutes.  Really messed up my neck... the vibration I think.  3 weeks later, still in pain.  May be due the short blade.

It works but it doesn't cut anything...not even cardboard.  Interesting note on the last page of the booklet that comes with it. See below

Very disappointed in Walmart and seller

First time i used it to cut small branches off a tree trying to grow tgrough my fence. Worked great for the first 20 minutes. Tried to cut all the brancws aeound my yard and it stopped mid cut. Thought maybe the battery needed charging. charges it overnight. it worked. Went back to the same branch it stopped on amd it stopped again. There is nothing stuck in there. thw chain is on correctly. No power will go to the unit. so dosgusted. i only have small amounts of time to do yard thi gs and this has nessed me up for prepping my garden.
