[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 7.0 cu. ft. electric dryer about a month ago and have been using it every week--3 loads per week.  The dryer is drying full-loads in about 2/3 the time as our previous dryer.  Controls are easy to use.  The one drawback is the door closure.  My wife does not like it at all.  She has to use an extra amount of force to close the door.  The closure seems cheap and that Whirlpool could have easily designed a much better closure.  We just hope the closure lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Whirlpool dryer to replace the original Whirlpool dryer, my husband and I bought when we got married, 49 years ago! Yes, that dryer, purchased in 1974 just stopped working, earlier this year. It was older than our daughter, when it stopped working! Had we been able to locate the needed parts, to repair it, we would still be using that 1974 model dryer. Whirlpool is the only brand we trust! I have included a picture of the original dryer, from the day we sadly removed it, from the house.
