There are many Vitamin C products on the market. What I look for is a high quality product with the highest possible bio-availability. Quercetin is a supplement by itself that is highly recommended. The form of Quercetin in this product provides high bio-availability and works in synergy with the Vitamin C to improve absorption. The Vitamin C and Bio-Quercetin supplement Tablets are too large and can be difficult to swallow. The tablets should be smaller to facilitate swallowing the tablet. I would also like to see the LEF perform studies on their supplements to determine their effectiveness.

These tablets are large and have a rough surface. That makes them difficult to swallow. Would be much more desirable if they were coated tablets. I have switched to a competitor's Vitamin C that are coated.
