I will say that the bowl was lightly packed — it was in a box, then inside another box, but there was no true cushion from the shock of being tossed around, which often happens. Given I have had several boxes delivered with broken items, I expected this bowl inside the second box to be broken, but — thankfully — it survived shipment. The bowl is beautiful and I am thrilled to have it in my collection!

    Nice Unit

    I was torn between 4 and 5 stars. Overall, we love it. I did have a Keurig K-Cafe and it is twice the price but it is made of higher quality materials. I have no issues with the Keurig Duo and my husband is happy to have a coffee pot once again. I just hope it lasts over time. It is a bit of a pain having the water reservoir on the back, but it works fine and holds quite a bit of water which is nice. Happy with this one so far.

    Great machine, needs a place to put a filter for the water.

    Coffee is great. Love that I can make it stronger and i can taste the difference. I don't like that I can't add a filter in the water resoirver. My other keurig was able to add a water filter pod in the resoirver. I have to use filtered water all the time.

    Pros: Does exactly as advertised, easy to use. Love having both carafe AND single serve option. Cons: slow brewing, no filter for carafe side, and no insert for brewing grinds on single serve side.

    Best coffee pot we have owned

    This is a quality made machine. It seemed a little intimidating at first, but once you learn the the switch sequence for brewing, it becomes easy.I bought it for my wife who is handicapped, and she loves it.It brews a delicious cup of coffee very quickly.
