I bought this generator as a backup power source for my 2400 square foot home.  I am very familiar with generator usage for over 30 years as our hunting camp in the Adirondacks is off the grid. The generator arrived boxed and in great condition.  Setup was minimal and instructions were clearly defined.  Within 15 minutes I had the generator filled with fresh ethanol free gas and running for an hour just to test it out.  Next was the "power outage" test.  Connected the generator to my 30amp wall plug and fired up the required breakers.  Basically the entire house.  Ran this for an hour without any issues.  My simulation was based on what would actually be needed during an outage.  Family room and kitchen with all lights on and both refrigerators and microwave running, cable/internet and two tvs.  Everything worked without a hitch.  Now it is stored and hopefully net needed but will be ready if needed.

I Bought This Generator for Home Backup Power

Luv the key-fob start. Only used it once so far to break it in, but so far so good. We'll see on a month or 2 how things are working

Straight out of the box (after oil fill and gas) electric start up with no hesitation. This option is a game changer for seniors. This model 201004 runs our electric wood splitter with ease. Skill saw, grinder etc has also ran with no hesitation. We had such success with 2000 champion generator we decided to stay with this exceptional good product. Good quality product, money well spent.

power a well pump, a bit heavy but the wheel accessary helps but still have move it in and out of storage, like the remote start feature it is very handle, in my situation the manuel choke is in a hard to get to place

Great generator and remote start is a nice feature. However generator takes 2-4 times to start each time. It will die and will have to restart multiple times before it will stay on
