Got this phone for my birthday in May due to my S8 dying on me. It's now 4months later and my cellphone (note9) works amazing. No noticeable scratches on device upon receiving and I loved it so much I recommend it to friend and she bought 1 too. This review was written on cellphone I bought from this seller.  GREAT buy!

Best Buy for Buck!

FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors or I would have been out of a phone. The phone itself is good. Looks good only two minor scratches. My only problem is that the spen does not work and the phone does not recognize that the pen is in place.I put my daughter's spen from her note 8 in my note 9 and it recognized it,so I know the spen that came with my note 9 is bad.

my daughter is absolutely in love with her phone. in good condition no scratches no dents. it's been working good 😊

I like everything except they did not put a new battery in it so I am basically having the exact same problems I had with old phone that I changed the battery in 4 times. this phone however is designed so that you cannot change your own battery but must pay huge amounts to have done, which defeats the purpose. the screen is also scratched but thankfully not as bad as my cracked screen on the old one. You get what you pay for.

the back cover is detached and the release button is recessed, and it is not the color that came in the description which was the reason why I bought it.

Just got this phone today. Phone is great. small scratch on corner no buggy. 
BIGGER problem is says it was an unlocked phone and it is NOT. still set on Version carrier. Will have to pay another 50 dollars to get an unlock code. Refund for unlock code would be a 5 star all the way.

The phone itself was in good condition but would not let me activate my straight talk service.  Bought a sim kit for it nothing they could do to activate the phone. Not compatible

Not what I expected

The back of phone had very visible scratches. I could deal with that. The main problem is the is absolutely no call volume unless it's on speaker. I did the call volume boost, restarted phone..nothing worked. And phone lagged terribly. Would not buy again.

Dont buy from here, they lie on the description, i bought an unlocked note 9 and it wasnt even unlocked it was verizon so i had to pay to get it unlocked , the battery is also not good which i have to now waste money to buy a whole new one this is absolutely unbelievable and will never buy from here again.

phone isn't fully unlocked works with all carriers.. not Boost and it was almost 5 days late. and here's the real kicker says that it's returnable in the store but it's not so now it's going to be another 10 days till I can get my money back on a falsely advertised phone
