750 mcg time release works for me, but others might require the 3mg time release version.

Time Release Works Best To Mimic The Pineal Gland

Seems to help me stay asleep longer. I wake up less often and struggle less with going back to sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Sleep

Research seems to indicate that the smaller amount of melatonin is more effective than the mega doses. Have certainly found this to be the case. It is gentle, almost always effective, and I don't have a hangover from it and next morning like I do with larger formulations. Also, the time-release formula helps me sleep longer with fewer time awakenings.

This is the absolute best product I've taken to help me sleep, finally I've been resting like a baby at night peacefully and waking up without feeling like I've been put under anesthesia..

Melatonin helps me to relax and rest.

I take one before bedtime, however it wears off at 6 hours and I wake up instead of in 4 hours with regular melatonin. I am satisfied with the product but would love to get a full night's sleep without waking up.
