Portability (disassembles and folds easily for storage);
Flexibility (lots of adjustable height options, and I regularly add my gymnastics rings for a variety of exercises);
Ease of Use (light enough for moving around and setting up / disassembling);
Stability (although the structure moves slightly side to side when you first jump up to the bar, I feel secure when using it; you can also easily tighten the bolts, and the rubber footings grip the floor well);
Comfortable hand grips
Seller communication (although Seller required an extra step for delivery verification and encouraged me to film opening the package in case of broken equipment during shipping, sounded like a diligent seller and a reasonable one that has navigated some tenuous situations previously)
Cons:
Price (wish it were cheaper, but I haven’t found anything else on the market that comes close);
Potential for extra anchor equipment (you may need to use sandbags or other anchors for the legs if you plan to do swinging exercises or pulling the bar from an angle; for my varied exercise routine including rings and resistance bands that hang directly down from the bar, I don’t need sandbags;
If zero movement stability made the bar less portable and easily stored, I wouldn’t buy it. Fortunately, I’m really happy and feel secure using it (even for inverted exercises). I’d buy it again.
It is in fact easy to assemble. Although, due to the size and shape, having someone give you a hand makes it easier. The instructions are very clear and the manufacturer has videos on YouTube, showing how to construct this magical piece of equipment.
It is very adjustable. If you are tall, like myself, this is wonderful and can be made so that your toes do not touch the ground. Most door frame bars and free standing bars never seem to be quite the right height, or are a bit flimsy. This build is very sturdy and be reduced in size as well to perform bar rows and dips.
I also use rings in my training and herein lies a bit of a issue. Unless you are doing almost completely horizontal rows, the pull on the rings will tip over. This is only something I have encountered doing ring rows at a high angle. This is easily fixed by weighing down one or both floor bars. Otherwise no tipping over or wobble.
My only other caveat would be maybe find some locking pins to use on the side support bars, instead of the bolts that come with the bar. It would just make it a little easier and quicker than having to finger loosen the nut. But definitely not that big of a concern.
Despite the very few small critiques, I think this bar is near perfect.
I saw a video of it on Instagram and thrn did further investigation on youtube before buying, and I'm happy I got it.
The instructional video is helpful, so it's not complicated to assemble. No tools necessary, all the nuts and bolts come in the box. Super sturdy.
It exceeded expectations. Well designed, solid build quality, exceptional stability. Not only can I do chin-ups, it's stable enough to do all sorts of ring work on, and feels 100% stable for my 210lbs 6'3 self. Has padded handles, and also hooks you can use for things like resistance bands. (Rings in the picture are my own)
Folds up flat against the wall. Setting it up is a matter of adjusting 4 screws (I use a ratchet, so it takes about 2 minutes). This seems to be a case of "person who wants a product for themselves, so they built it" on the part of the inventor, and it ticks all the boxes of height, stability, and minimal use of space when not in use.
Assembly is a bit tricky to get everything to line up, but this is due to the geometry of lining up 4 independent poles. The parts themselves all lined up perfectly once I could wrap my head around how to put it together. Height adjustment is difficult, so I just picked one that worked pretty well and stuck with that. Difficulty of adjustment, and needing to use a wrench to set up / put away are my only gripes.
Otherwise 100% would recommend, would buy again, have not found anything else even remotely as useful. I would set it higher, but it already maxes out my apartment's 9' ceilings on the second-highest setting.

Luckily I found the KT pull up bar on amazon. I have no idea why this hasn't been invented by anyone else because it is a great idea and easily meets all the requirements I was looking for. It is completely sturdy, easy to build, collapsible with quick assembly/disassembly and to boot it was sent extremely fast with fedex. So far I've only done pull-ups and ring dips on it without weight, but the sturdy feel it provides hints that it will have no problem when I attach weight to myself. I will edit this review if I find any problems, but so far everything is precisely what I wanted.
I would recommend this product primarily for people close to 6ft or taller because when assembled it can be quite tall (mine is set around 7ft and this is comfortable for me). While the height can be shortened, this makes the base wider and it can take up a lot of space in the room. I believe there is a smaller KT pull up bar which might be better for people that don't want it this tall. So keep that in mind before you order.
