Magnesium is good for many things. I take twice as much magnesium as I take calcium. Most people do not get enough magnesium. It helps with bone strength, eliminates muscle cramps especially at night, and it helps with constipation issues. I take it every day.

I absolutely love Spring Valley Magnesium Bone %26 Muscle Health Dietary Supplement Tablets! I have been taking them for a few months now and I have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle strength and endurance. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not upset my stomach at all. I love that they are a great source of magnesium which is essential for bone health as well. I highly recommend these tablets to anyone looking to improve their overall muscle and bone health.

So…I've had anxiety my entire life. I'd have an attack just about every day to every other day since I was about 6. I read somewhere that taking Magnesium helps. So I started taking these and vitamin D and I swear it's like my anxiety is almost nothing. I haven't had any attacks, and really the only time I get anxious is in social settings. I will continue to forever take these.

This magnesium product is a large quantity at a very small price and excellent magnesium supplement have been purchasing this product for years not always at Walmart but I find that they have the cheapest price so now I'm buying it all the time from WalmartM sincerely, a long time 55  years loyal Walmart, customer

Fabulous magnesium supplement by well-known Manufa

i like the 250mg they're great but what i don't dislike is about the 450mg bottle because that one contains in the ingredients titanium dioxide and that is cancerous if you eat it the 250mg bottle is great but the 450mg is bad it's not good for your health.....

I hate when you substitute. I always say NO to substitutions, and when you do, I get very annoyed. Even when you do with the Hawaiian bread, ypu give me the butter rills not the sweet rolls that I order. They are not the same, and also the dates are getting outdated. You have got to watch that, please.

i asked to have ny groceries handed to me as i am on oxygen. They were left outside. No one notified me they were there! i fell whhen i went to get them because i looked outside and saw them there. i paiid extra to have the delivered sooner and they were not delivered in the time they said and i didn't get a refund back on the extra money. When i go to actually shop i always have a great experience ☺️

Delivery

These are very difficult to swallow. They aren't coated so they dissolve quickly but also get stuck on the tongue or roof of mouth. Won't be buying these again. The 400 mg elongated magnesium oxide pills pills by the same brand are much, much better!

Dissolve quickly, awful

Horse pill sized (ie large).  No coating with pretty rough finish for a vitamin  Normally a Spring Valley fan- not these.  Threw out rather than attempting to wash it down.  Won't buy these again but still a fan of most of their products.

Uncoated- big size- hard to swallow.

It irritates me that when you do pick up orders some products have to be shipped, especially when I bought them in the store before!!!!!!! 
Then I call Walmart.com and they can't do anything about it for 48 hours! 
And when I have had my order delivered it was delivered to my neighbors house 2 houses down, with perishable items in it and they get home hours after I do. Get your act together!!!!!!!
