    I am a 36 year old white female who suffers from Chiari it is a very misunderstood understudied condition to where there is no treatment no cure and mostly no hope. My condition is slowly getting worse by my age and when my doctor told me I needed magnesium I didn't take it seriously for about a year.     Magnesium helps me sleep better at night

    I started taking magnesium mostly to help me sleep better at night and it definitely makes a huge difference. I notice when I do not take it and I try not to be without it for this reason. I read that it also can help prevent osteoporosis which runs in my family so I am hoping that it is also helping in that area in the long run.
