You probably could, if it is not a very thick sub, but it's not really designed for that. It says right in the packaging that is is not recommened to bake anything other than pizza, but who knows. The sub couldn't be more than an inch and a quarter thick, really. I don't think it would be a safety risk or anything if it wasn't too thick, but I really couldn't say how it would turn out. Please note that THIS IS JUST MY OPINION, NOT FACT. NOTHING MORE.

Definitely. Just put the setting on "UPPER" and it will toast an open faced sub/sandwich. Or you could make melts using the "DUAL" setting (DUAL=UPPER and LOWER)

You can toast a sub on here. Simply watch the bottom so it does not burn. You can adjust the setting to the top only after the bottom is toasted to your liking. They come out perfect.

Yes! but becareful not to stack your sub too high with the upper heating element on. i have caught mine on fire twice cooking subs! but it still works!!

yes! I have had mine for four years. I have done toast, egg rolls, pizza, of course, bagel bites, quesadillas, made home made pita chips. I don&#39;t recommend it for fish fillets, but fish sticks do well. Just spray the food with canola oil to make it really crisp. It takes about 20 minutes. I love, love, love mine. It&#39;s the most used appliance I own.

This comes with no frozen pizzas or other products. Go to the store and buy Jacks pizzas or any 12" pizza to cook on it.

No it does not. Comes in box with main unit, tray, and manual. You will need to go to Walmart and buy your favorite frozen pizza or other items. This is not just for pizza as it has recipe for other items like hot pockets etc.

I got two starter pizzas with mine. Apparently, some people get starter pizzas and others don't. It's OK, they didn't defrost, they were packed with dry ice.

I have never used any non-stick spray. I don't have trouble with food sticking to the pan.

Hi well I guess you can but there is no reason to do that i have cooked many things on mine and nothing has ever stuck to it.

I haven't used anything on it when I've used it. It has a non-stick coating. After the food is cooked I wait a few minutes for the tray to cool off and just rinse it and dry it. I haven't had any trouble with cheese or anything sticking to it. So easy to clean!!!

I have not had a problem with food sticking but, I've only made pizza so far. It's very easy to take tray off & wash it. You should be watching it while it cooks and take the food off if it's burning.
