The product is delicious! I boiled it an extra 15 minutes because I dont like it al dent. I made shrimp with homemade Alfredo  sauce making this dish Keto approved.  What I didnt like and had to return was one of the cans was dented bad.

This was surprisingly good. I actually forgot I had it, and decided to give it a go. I drained it, rinsed it then sauteed it, and made a stir fry type with shrimp, spinach and mushrooms.  Didn't do the whole milk soak, cause I didn't want too and also I only buy unsweetened vanilla almond milk and didn't think that would be good.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE!  I eat them every day.  So easy - no cooking.  Perfect for stir fry and Asian dishes if you are looking for a healthy noodle replacement.  I have not tried it with marinara sauce but I am sure it would work just as well.  Make sure you rinse them several times to eliminate any canning flavors.  I also let them sit in hot water while I am cooking the rest of the ingredients so they soften up a little.  They have a little crisp to them that hot water will help soften.

Best thing ever!

I rinsed the Palmini and soaked in milk for 30 mins while I steamed broccoli and fried chicken and garlic in olive oil. Added the drained Palmini to the chicken and stirred around a bit. Added the broccoli and a can of low carb alfredo sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Its delicious!

Good for those times when you are craving noodles.

LOVE the product.  However, I'd highly recommend purchasing in store only.  We received 3 cans (total amount purchased) and all 3 were dented.  Upon replacement, 1 of the 3 were also dented. None were wrapped appropriately, just buy in store. The product is worth the price.

Very disappointed.. both of our cans arrived with multiple dents each. Doesn't seem like this happened during shipping based on placement in box. Haven't opened yet but sad that they sent these very beat up cans. Hoping the noodles are still good.

Both cans arrived bent and dented.  I am not sure if safe to use.   Hopefully not a problem with the manufacturer because I can't imagine the items would be sent out like this, but instead with the delivery provider.  I have not tasted the product because afraid to open the abused cans.
