We bought 4 of these Flag pole kits. Three of the flags were put near gravesides of family members who have served our country and 1 flag pole we put in front of our house to honor our son who was deploying to Afghanistan 2 in days. The poles are very nice and the solar light works really good. We are very happy with the company and they are great to work with if you have any question about their products. We especially like that we can have the flag at different heights.

The pin backup for the twist locks was a very good idea. I might of used a different style of pin. But in the week I have had the flagpole up your pins have stayed in very well.

Well made - better than expected - not printed - SEWN!!

Good Flag

This is a great flagpole except for one thing. One of the sections doesn't lock in the upright position so my flags are only at about 18 feet high.

Flags don't go all the way up!

This is the second one we've purchased this winter. The first sheared off in 55 -60 mph wind gusts during a violent storm. I'm assuming all responsibility though as I should have lowered the pole when the storm approached. IMO, few, if any, 16 gauge aluminum pole could withstand those gusts that day!

So, pleased be warned!

My Fault

very flimsy, does not stay up, you can't put up the flag or take down the flag with out taking down the pole.  You cannot leave it up during implement weather much less bad weather.  Flags are see through because the pole is sooo unstable. Try to get a refund and today I sent another email because nothing happened with the first request.  My next call will be to my card company to get my money back
