This will still run until the battery runs out.

Yes. It has a built-in battery. With the provided power adapter you could use a Power Inverter.  You can buy a 5 Volt USB to 12 Volt adapter and use it with that type of battery pack. Plus another option I have is a Bestek Vehicle Jump Starter with 5/12/18 Volt Outputs.

Can this run on a battery in case of power outage?  Looking for tv specifically for power outages.
