by Elise from Santa Monica, CAThe Magic Corner I mechanism works well and installation was painless. The adjustments for the door are a massive improvement of their previous model. However, the parts came with some scratches and the bracket that rides in the slot arrived bent. Although it works, it makes a loud squeak when it meets the metal frame at the door. And one of the hooks for the trays is also bent, not allowing the tray to seat properly. It seems that perhaps this particular box, may have been previously opened or partially installed. It's unfortunate for an expensive unit like this one.

However, the directions that came with it were pretty awful and the video on your website doesn’t match the directions so the video was no help either. The only way I was able to install it was by finding a third-party YouTube video that explained it perfectly. Having said all that I love Schell. It was very easy to install once I watch the third-party video. You guys really need to fix the video on your website.
