Love the new recliner couch. Soft fabric, very comfortable. Recliner slides down not out so it doesn't take up room and my sofa table can set behind it. Love it!

Beautiful

Ordered mine about 2020/21 and two men came up to my 2nd floor and assembled it in five minutes. It's very sturdy and still looks brand new til this day. Comes in 6 pieces so it fits anywhere. Awesome couch! Really comfy to nap on both reclined and laid fully out on.

If you like a firm couch this on is for you. Very firm and sturdy. I love it because I need a firm place to sit because of my back. It's not an overstuffed couch. Very elegant and simple design. It may relax over time but with just me using it I feel it will hold up well. Arm rest are a little low but with a throw pillow they're good. Love the color. Exactly as pictured. Delivery guys were awesome and arrived on time.

This replaced an old uncomfortable sofa. It was valued just right for our budget and is comfortable and looks beautiful in our home. Love the recliners at each end and doesn't have the uncomfortable bumps in between the the older sofas used to have.

Love it

I was looking for a firm yet comfortable sofa for my new apartment. This was shown to me by accident and I fell in love from the moment I sat down. It has great lower back support which is especially good for my health problems with my lower back. It's 100% polyester and it's made to perfection. Unlike leather it doesn't get cold so when you sit down it feels great on your skin. it doesn't take up a ton of space and the 2 men who moved it in had no trouble with the size or weight. So far no spills however you have an option to purchase a warranty.

Comfort at its Best

This is the perfect balance between style and comfort and has firm support in both the middle and recliner sections. The recliner doesn't have a gap in the extended leg/foot rest and it reclines almost to lie-flat level without having a huge footprint to achieve that. I'm very happy with this addition to our living room.

Comfortable and Great Style for the Price

nice not to soft not too hard

Had it for one week when the recliner stopped working. Thankfully I had a warranty and tech will be out in two weeks September 9th.   Not sure what the out come will be.

Otherwise very comfortable. Hopefully Ashley future will make this correct and fix this problem.

Manufacturing defect

I find this sofa to be quite uncomfortable. I'm sorry I gave my old reclining sofa away. My old reclining sofa did not look great but it sure was comfortable. I did sit in this same sofa on the showroom floor and it did feel more comfortable than the one in my house. I'm hoping, maybe, after a bit of time mine breaks in a bit and becomes more comfortable. If not, I'm going to be stuck with a very uncomfortable reclining sofa for a long, long time. 
I do like the look of this sofa. I needed a manual reclining sofa due to the fact that I do not have electrical outlets in the middle of the room where the sofa is position and the majority of the reclining sofas are now electric. I did not have a lot to choose from in the manual reclining sofa category.

Love the look but a big disappointment comfort wise.
