Assembly was easy enough only took about an hour by myself with my kids helping. The lumbar support pillow doesnt seem necessary, it looks cool but for me the chair is much more comfortable without it. the headrest is nice. I love the high back. the armrests could be more padded but they are still quite comfortable. I don't see the benefit in having them tilt in and out. It would be more beneficial if they tilted up and down out of the way.

It requires some skill with reading instructions but easily put together. All the parts were vacuum packed and easy to see as were the instructions clear. It arrived quickly and damage free. This was a fantastic experience and a good quality chair and got a great price as well! SCORE!

HUGE Hit for Christmas Gifts

I got this to have good posture while sitting or working on computer. I can sit up straight and comfortably for long periods of time, and feel good afterwards. I love the lumbar cushion you can actually raise it up where it should be in the small of your back above the waist. And the neck pillow fits perfect too.
I love the ability to recline all the way back.
I'd take this chair over a lazy boy any day! It's just comfy to sit in, because it gives support where it's needed!
I don't use the footrest all that much, it doesn't go out super far so my calves rest on it, and it's the only thing that's lower quality.
The arm rests are a bit far out for my width, and I wish they'd raise up like 2 more inches to accommodate everything I'd like.
That's my only negative after hundreds of hours in this chair.
At the highest setting it's just perfect for my legs and my taller desk. So if you're taller than 6'2” you might feel a tad low.
I just love this chair, and wish I would have got it sooner.
I like how compact it is for smaller areas, while still providing plenty of cushioning.
