Starts easy, not very loud, one thing that bothered me was the handle rattling on the frame when it was running, I installed a 2 inch long 3/4 ´ water pipe insulator over the tubing, problem solved....generator is strong enough for running what I will need in case of a power failure.

We ordered this generator in preparation for Hurricane Florence. Out of the box, it was easy to set up and the instructions are very straightforward. I haven't used the propane side of it, but the gas side works great and lasts over 14 hours on a full tank. Tropical Storm Michael came through last night, so I'm actually using the generator right now. I have no complaints so far. I would recommend purchasing a large 5-gallon gas can and extension cords to go along with it. I'm using a 2-gallon can, which means multiple trips to the gas station. Right now I have a deep freezer, a refrigerator, wireless router and multiple wireless devices drawing power. Highly recommended.

Just what we needed!

I just used mine for emergency power when we lost power during Hurricane Dorian. I am very pleased with it. The specs say that it will run approx. 14 hrs. on a full tank (5 gal.) Mine actually ran nearly 16 hrs.! Starts easy too, usually just 1 pull!

Got it out of box, filled fluids and removed red shipping supports and started right away. Let run for a couple minutes and plugged in RV, turned on AC, refrigerator, and microwave! WOW. Great buy for the price and quality...and just as quiet as 2 inverters working in parallel!

Excellent Power

Living in an area where power goes out a fair amount this unit has come in handy. Only thing is when it is cold out running off propane doesn't work as well. Unit will stop if too cold. Have to have it run on gas at that point. Other than that unit is great!!

Great unit

I bought this product a few months ago and it was supposed to power Just My Trailer 27 foot fifth wheel camper it not only does that at the same time will power my chop saw and table saw without any struggle on Propane and Gas I like it so far

So far so good......

My primary reason for purchase was for wildlife camping. Easy to start. A 5 gallon of gas will run for a good 13-14 hours which in my book a big thumbs up! You don't have to worry about filling gas mid-night. This thing has enough power to run air condition, lights, hair dryer and coffee machine, the works. Dual fuel is a definite plus if you run out of gas, it's easy to hook up to your propane tanks. Runs very well on LP also. Used for home when Hydro went out and it was powerful enough to power the essentials. The only reasons I gave it a 4 stars is because of the weight and noise level. Hard to load in a truck. It's a 2 person lift. The noise level is borderline noisy, but I can deal with it because of the price difference between a less noisy generator, a $1,500-$2,000 difference. All in all a very great purchase.

Would not run on propane, called and talked to a gentleman who told me what wire to unplug so it would run and that he would send the new part that was 3 months ago, since the the pull cord quit about 3 weeks ago called and still waiting for that part

Will never buy from this company again. Received generator and it was damaged. Company will not answer phones. Company will not return emails or voicemails. When you finally do reach a person (by chat) they tell you they are under staffed and they have no idea when they can ship out the damaged replacement part, that they promised was shipped a week prior. It's been 2.5 weeks and I still havent received the replacement part, And I still havent received an email response. Beyond disappointed. Would NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything!!!!
