Milky spore is a great, natural way to fight Japanese beetles.  After being swamped with beetles the first summer, few remained the next year.
At my old house, I virtually wiped out the beetle population in my entire neighborhood, when no one else was treating for them.  After a massive swarm used the spore powder on my lawn and the Japanese beetle traps....awesome results. Did have to use the traps for  another two years but....
And I didn't have to spray year after year with toxic, expensive pesticides.
With this powder one application and you are done, period.

Awesome and Natural

We had a whole city of moles living in our yard when I first applied this product.  NOTE - You MUST water immediately following the application otherwise you will not be getting the full impact of the product.  As a result of only spreading it one time, our mole city has moved on!  I am very pleased with its effects and its ease of use.  Three applications is what it says, but I've only done one and we're already seeing results!  So, I plan to put down one more application before winter hits and I think spring will be mole free for the first time in over a decade!  GREAT product!

I used the product for the first time in October so I will have to wait until next spring to see if it has any effect on The Japanese beetles that attacked my plants this year, it was very easy to apply with my spreader.

I have used the product before and I am trying to get rid of moles. The jury is still out on whether this will work or not. You have to use it 3 times a year for 2 years and they say you will be mole free for 10 years. Again, we will see. The product arrived timely, but both bags of Milky Spores were completely open. However, none spilled out of the box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It excellent for killing grubs and worms so the moles dont destroy your lawn. Should be used every 5 years.

It dispensed easily. It might take a few applications to see if it works.

I received  the order in an expeditious manner but it was the incorrect product. Since I have dogs that I keep in a fenced in back yard, I ordered the pet friendly version  of this product but received only the standard version. This required that I finesse the timing of the application with the local rain showers. 
I have found Milky Mold Spore to be an excellent deterrent to grubs in the past. The efficacy of this product won't be seen until next spring. If it works, then it will kill all the grubs and reduce the beetle population which is feeding on my yard plants.

We'll Wait and See

How do Iknow how it works if I just put it on the lawn.It takes three applications per year for two years before it is truly effective.
