Good Dish Washer, Not Good Dish Dryer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The good: simple to use and it gets the dishes clean. The bad: There is no heated drying cycle, so dishes will be wet when finished cleaning. The way we get around this is as soon as the washer is done, open it up, dump any water out that has collected in concave areas of dishes, then close the door back with a dish towel propping it open a few inches. Then wait a couple hours. If you don't do this your dishes will need hand dried and also the interior of the washer remains wet. The longer the interior stays wet, the more everything will smell mildewy. Still getting used to the rack layouts. Things like plates and other flatter dishes fit well. Bowls, pots, pans, etc are tougher to arrange. I wouldnt recommend for folks who want to clean a lot of pots and pans. We're washing larger items by hand. If this is your max budget and you can be proactive with the extra drying steps then you'll be pretty happy with this washer. It seems to be pretty quality. There's a good chance we end up exchanging this for another. If there is a Bosch with a heated drying cycle for not too much more, then i'd be happy with that.

Easy to operate, runs quiet, cleans dishes
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that we have to be quiet in order to hear it running. The dishes come out so clean. I wasn't sure about the no disposer. It's great with the high power wash. A friend of ours just bought one for his house too.

Bosch dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have always wanted a Bosch dishwasher and now we have one. This dishwasher is so quiet you don’t know it’s on and the dishes are spotless. The top rack is sturdy and much stronger than our other dishwasher. It’s so easy to use. I’ll never own another brand.

Amazing Dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very quiet dishwasher. It holds a lot of dishes, even has a special holder for stemed wine glasses. I really like the buttons on top. The sanitize feature is amazing. We really like the appearance of the dishwasher. Very pleased with our purchase.

Be happier with a different dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've been using this dishwasher for one year now. When it runs, it cleans our dishes well. Also, it hasn't required any maintenance in the past year, which is nice. However it is a frustrating and unremarkable dishwasher. The layout of the dishwasher makes it difficult to fit our regular dishes. It sometimes feels like playing the least fun game of Tetris getting everything in there. This dishwasher often doesn't start washing when we click start and it seems to go through Rinse Aid very quickly. The soap dispenser door will sometimes get caught on dishes too if the dishes overhang the top rack the slightest bit. I was happy with our previous Bosch dishwasher, which led me to purchase this one, but I'd be happier with a different dishwasher now.

Great value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a very high end Kitchenaid, didn’t last 5 years. This is a far superior dishwasher, cleans dishes much better, quieter, and overall seems to be a much better built unit. Time will tell.

No third rack for silverware, but otherwise great.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The dishwasher works fantastic and is almost too quiet. The one problem I have with it is that it doesn't have a third row for silverware which I didn't realize when I purchased.

Q: QuestionWhat does “tall tub” imply/reference?
Asked by Living.
- A:Answer Hi Living. Thank you for your question. Our tall tub dishwasher fits in the same space as a standard tub model even though its interior is larger top to bottom. The extra room allows it to hold dishes and pots in a wider range of sizes and shapes.

Q: QuestionCan the wash be interrupted to add something without having to cancel & restart the entire cycle?
Asked by Mimite.
- A:Answer Yes, just slightly open the door to stop the current cycle. Wait for the water to stop dripping before adding what you need. Then make sure to press the start button to have it continue with the current cycle when the door is closed. If you don't press the start button, it will not continue when the door is closed. Make sure you don't press the on/off button. This would cause the cycle to stop. The start button is on the right and the on/off button is on the left.

Q: QuestionDoes it or does it not have a HEATED drying cycle? Previously, one answer said yes, and the next answer said no heating element with some ambient temp mumbo jumbo. Specifically, how does it dry the dishes?
Asked by Customer.
This question was asked about the related product: Bosch - 100 Series 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless-Steel Tub
- A:Answer It has " OpitDry@ " which senses when the unit is low on rinse aid and automatically increases the drying time. They recommend use of a rinse aid to ensure more complete drying. It also has " Extra dry heat " which raises the temperature of the rinse water and increases the drying time to improve drying. Our unit on normal wash with a rinse aid produces very dry dishes. Only water is puddled on cup bottoms, I.e. normal places.
Answered by ROWBOATLOAD
Q: QuestionHow can you tell when the drying is complete? Is there an indicator light?
Asked by DrWas.
- A:Answer There is a signal dinging when the wash is complete. You have to open the door and turn the unit off to discontinue the alert. There are no light indicators visible since all controls are on top of the door and not visible when the door is shut. I find this an inconvenience and would prefer to have the controls on the outside and accessible.

Q: QuestionCan the dishwasher be programmed with the door open and then closed after programmed since I don't think I will be able to access buttons once it is shut?
